Basic Neuroboxe

Prerequisites: none


  • Analysis of natural custody and complementary custody


  • Practice of natural guard on equipment and with partner


  • Theory on the specificities of its natural and complementary guard


  • 6 months of practice


  • Final exam: practice of natural custody and oral exam on natural and complementary custody

REQUEST

Advanced Neuroboxe

Prerequisites: basic Neuroboxe or/and equivalent


  • Mastery of his natural guard on equipment and in sparring


  • Deepening of boxing techniques linked to his natural guard


  • Practice of complementary care


  • Theory on the differences and associations of natural and complementary custody


  • Learning to switch from one guard to another


  • Sparring in both guards


  • One year of practice


  • Final exam: practice of both guards on equipment, in sparring and oral exam on the whole


REQUEST

Instructor Neuroboxe

Prerequisites: trainer license recognized by a federation Advanced Neuroboxe or/and equivalent


  • Learning the tests to be performed before analysis


  • Practice and theory on the complete Neuroboxe teaching method


  • Practice as an assistant with a Neuroboxe instructor recognized by Boxwin SA


  • Practical teaching exam with students and written theoretical test


  • Possibility of opening a club in Switzerland with the Neuroboxe label in case of success
